The deeply restful and restorative practice of Yoga Nidra
What is Yoga Nidra exactly? Yoga Nidra translates from Sanskrit literally to yogic sleep. It is a meditative practice that invites you to come home to yourself and cultivate energising healing through the effortless surrender of rest. The practice can last any time between 10-15 minutes all the way to one hour. Research has demonstrated positive outcomes from practicing Yoga Nidra. It is used to help many people such as those suffering from PTSD and insomnia.
