Hear from the retreaters!

I felt like there was the perfect balance between informality and structure. Everything felt specially selected and every person that led these (masseuse, chef, yoga & Jess) seemed to be harmonious in overall belief and values. It was the overall environment / vibe that I loved

The yoga and nature walks really filled my soul – the walks were such a wonderful way to get to know each other while enjoying the scenery. The yoga was just so good – loved every class. Such a great experience!

The retreat was a well rounded, well needed experience which has quickly become something I plan to do again regularly.

All of the little touches made the weekend so wonderfully restful and restorative. I loved every second, thank you.

I have never been on a retreat before and was not sure what to expect. This experience was beyond any of my hopes or expectations. There was laughter and there were tears – being in a group of like minded and supportive women is a powerful combination. The accommodation was stunning – extremely comfortable and luxurious but also relaxed and friendly with a wonderful range of activities laid on by the Estate. As for the food – if I could be given food like that every day, I would happily turn vegetarian. A really very very special experience and sincerely hope to return again and again.

The retreat was the perfect formula for a weekend retreat. The location couldn’t have been more beautiful. It was a totally relaxing, reflective and restorative experience, which struck exactly the right balance between yoga, mindfulness, relaxation time and activities. So much thought went into every aspect of the retreat, including incredible vegetarian (and vegan) food, guided Highland walks, and loch swimming. I can’t recommend highly enough if you are looking for an opportunity to escape the city and rejuvenate!

From the minute I arrived, I felt I could breathe again. And later on the mats, surrounded by likeminded people all frazzled from 2020 The Year of Covid, I felt I was sharing a very special peaceful experience I will never forget. The food was incredible – nourishing and delicious, and the hospitality and surrounds were outstanding. Last but not least, nothing was neglected – absolutely everything was thought of and the organisation was faultless.

I had a really wonderful weekend, it was exactly what I needed at exactly the right time. A fantastic opportunity to reconnect with myself and my body. I have come away from the retreat feeling nourished and re-energised.

I loved the perfect balance of activities and free time. Every activity was thoughtful and helpful, and lasted the perfect amount of time, leaving plenty of spare time to wander, soul search, chat, etc. It really helped me find balance for the weekend
