JESS HORNE
– the founder –
Jess Horne is a self-confessed retreats junkie. Having been on countless retreats, she founded Rise Retreats in 2021 with a drive and passion to create the most relaxing, rejuvenating and enjoyable short escapes for people. A lover of food and cooking, Jess will yo-yo between hanging out with the guests and making sure everyone is 100% happy, to preparing delicious meals and snacks to ensure tummies are always immensely satisfied. Jess also enjoys facilitating yoga nidra sessions (think relaxing sleep meditation) which she will be providing to guests at the retreat. Jess lives in London with her husband and two cheeky boys.
REBECCA WILSON
– yoga instructor –
Rebecca Wilson has been teaching yoga since 2001 everywhere from Australia to Greece and London to Paris. Rebecca is passionate about guiding people to a better understanding of their body and its potential as well as on calming the busy mind. She focuses on both strength and suppleness that people of all levels of yoga experience will benefit from. With a practice firmly rooted in the ashtanga tradition, Rebecca will be teaching a creative dynamic flowing vinyasa class in the mornings, and a slower paced yin-inspired session in the evenings.

SARAH DICKINSON
– yoga instructor –
Meet Sarah, one of our fabulous yoga instructors. Sarah specialises in dynamic vinyasa (Ashtanga based) flow classes with a focus on alignment to build stability and strength and breathwork to quieten the mind. Her aim is to share this feeling of calm and strength with her students, whatever their level. Sarah says “yoga is so much more than physical practice. I believe there is a form of yoga out there for everyone. It is also really important to have fun on your mat!”
